The legislative elections bring together three major blocs according to the mainstream media: A left-wing alliance, the Nupes, a centrist macronist alliance, a far-right nebula. Both ends are nationalistic and centralizing. The center is European but, paradoxically, centralizing as far as the administrative organization of France is concerned. I then draw the attention of informed readers of Marsactu to the existence of a fourth current: the supporters of a federal Europe and a regionalized France. This last quarter is represented by the candidates grouped together within a movement itself decentralized: the federation Régions et Peuples Solidaires (see the website for a detailed presentation. The originality of this last quarter perhaps resides in the first place on its electoral target. the first three “nationalist” quarters claim to improve the lot of current voters, for example mine who am retired. The federalist regionalist quarter wants to improve the lives of its grandchildren. We want to prevent them from being reduced to work at various levels for multinationals in distribution (in an Amazon warehouse) or digital communication (developer at Google). As this target does not have the right to vote, the candidates supported by Régions et Peuples Solidaires will not be able to count only on enlightened parents and grandparents, who put the increase in their individual purchasing power in the background and put forward the power of living worthily of their grandchildren. They therefore move away from the illusion or perversion which reduces the individual to the status of consumer (PURCHASING power) fueling the profits of large groups. They favor utopias with a happy future (the power to live well) made possible by the development of the social and solidarity economy. A 200 euro increase in individual salaries is, at the end of the chain, an increase in shareholder dividends (remember the failed experiment of 1981). 200 euros donated to a collective such as the Maisons pour tous or the social centers means allowing those who need it to raise their children better (school help, quality extra-curricular activities) and collective access to quality (green holidays, discovery of foreign countries, cultural leisure activities). The R&P Solidarity regionalists represented in Marseille by the yes to Provence movement, specifically ask that the budget of the PACA Region, which is 3 million euros, gradually approach that of Catalonia in Spain (200 million euros) with a development skills to finance, based on the realities on the ground, the social and solidarity economy and responsible associative actions. The real debate is therefore for us to find the balance between individual redistribution and collective redistribution of resources and at what local, regional, national or European level it should take place. You can follow for more details the campaign of Nora Belkaroui, candidate in the 3rd constituency on social networks (Norabelka2022 on Facebook, for example).
